1. How to Submit an Offer

To submit an offer:

  1. Open the item you want

  2. Tap “Rent” or “Buy”

  3. Select your rental dates (for rentals) or confirm purchase offer

  4. Choose your delivery method

  5. Enter your offer price

  6. Review and submit

Once submitted, the Owner/Seller can:

  • Accept

  • Decline

  • Counter your offer

You will be notified as soon as they respond.

2. Offer Pricing

Rentals

Renters may submit an offer as low as 80% of the listed rental price. This helps protect Owners from extremely low or unrealistic offers.

If you want to offer below that floor, you can message the Owner to ask whether they are open to lowering their price.

Purchases

Purchase offers may be submitted at as low as 80% of the listed rental price.

The Owner/Seller will decide whether to accept, decline, or counter.

3. Selecting Your Rental Dates (Renters Only) or Need By Date (Buyers Only)

Rental periods can be:

  • As short as 1 day

  • As long as 4 weeks

  • Submitted up to 90 days in advance

If the dates you want are unavailable, the item may already be reserved. You may message the Owner to see if flexibility is possible.

When Buying an item, you are able to select a “Need By” date before which you need to have received the item. If renting for an event, we recommend setting your “Need By” date to a few days before the event to give yourself a try-on and delivery buffer.

4. Choosing a Delivery Method

You can choose from:

  • Courier (same-day delivery in a supported radius)

  • Hand-Off (meet in person)

  • Shipping (Multiple speed options, generally 3–4 days)

Delivery methods vary depending on what the Owner offers and your location.
