Pickle Credits and promo codes are a great way to save on rentals! Here’s how they work, how to use them, and when they expire.

What Are Pickle Credits?

Pickle Credits are store credits that can be used toward any rental, purchase, or delivery fee on Pickle. They work like cash at checkout and are applied to your order when you choose to use them.

You can earn or receive credits through:

  • First-time risk-free fit refunds

  • Approved fit refunds

  • Referral bonuses

  • Pickle campaigns, giveaways, or customer support resolutions

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and expire automatically if unused.

Where to find your balance:

Your Pickle Credits balance is displayed in green just above the My Closet tab at the bottom of the app. If you have a balance it will always be visible there.

When Do Credits Expire?

Credits expire based on how they were issued. You will receive a notification one week before any credits are set to expire so you have time to use them.

  • Fit refund credits — expire after 60 days

  • Referral credits — expire after 30 days

  • Gifted credits — expire after 30 days

  • Promotional credits — expire after 14 days

  • Welcome credits — expire after 14 days

Once credits expire they cannot be reinstated, so make sure to use them before the expiry date.

Using Credits at Checkout

  • Available credits will be applied at checkout when you choose to use them

  • If your credits do not cover the full amount, the remainder will be charged to your default payment method

  • Credits cannot be refunded back to cash — if a refund is issued on an order paid with credits, the refund will be returned as credits

Promo Codes

Promo codes offer discounts and are shared through Pickle campaigns, partners, or creators.

To use a promo code:

  1. Proceed to the final page of the offer screen

  2. Enter your code in the promo code field just above the Submit Offer button

  3. If valid, it will apply immediately and adjust your total

Things to note:

  • Promo codes may have expiration dates

  • Some codes may only apply to new users, specific categories, or minimum order amounts

  • If your code is not working, check the expiry date and any conditions that apply — or contact Pickle Support for help

Promotions and Offers

Pickle runs seasonal campaigns, partner promos, and closet-specific discounts. You can find these:

  • In your app notifications

  • Through email campaigns

  • In in-app banners or the Discover feed

Make sure push notifications are turned on so you never miss a deal.
