1. Two Sides: Rent & Buy / Lend & Sell
At the top of the Offers tab you will see two role tabs:
Rent & Buy — orders where you are the renter or buyer
Lend & Sell — orders where you are the lender or seller
These are fully separate. What you see on one side never crosses to the other, including in search. Tap to switch between them.
2. The Six Stage Tabs
Inside each side, six tabs follow an order through its full lifecycle:
To Do: Your daily action list. Anything that needs your attention appears here, grouped by urgency. See more detail below.
Upcoming: Every order where the item is still with the lender — including pending offers, accepted orders awaiting shipping or pickup, and items in transit. If something here needs your attention, it will also appear in your To Do tab.
Active: Every order where the item is currently with the renter. Same rule — anything needing action also appears in To Do.
Past: Every completed order. You will see prompts to leave a review on orders within their review window.
Cancelled: Cancelled orders and expired offers.
All: Every order across every stage in one list. Use this as your source-of-truth view when search is not enough.
3. Your To Do Tab
To Do is the most important tab — it surfaces everything that needs action, split into four sections by urgency:
Pending Offers — pinned at the top
Lenders: offers you have received that need an accept or decline, plus counter offers from renters. You will see the renter's star rating directly on the card.
Renters: offers you have sent that are awaiting a response, plus any counter offers from lenders.
Action Needed Today: Anything due today — returns, ship-by dates, hand-offs, change requests, fit refunds, overdue rentals.
Action Needed Tomorrow: The same, but for tomorrow. Good to review so you are prepared.
Action Needed This Week: Deadlines coming up in the next few days. Lower urgency but worth checking so nothing sneaks up on you.
Tap any card to take the action shown. Once completed, the card leaves To Do but stays in its lifecycle tab (Upcoming, Active, or Past) until the order moves on.
4. Search
Tap the search bar to find any order by product name, brand name, or counterparty's username. Search is only within the tab you are currently in, so if you do not see the right result, try another tab. Search also respects the role boundary — if you are not finding what you are looking for, make sure you are on the correct side (Rent & Buy vs. Lend & Sell).
