First-Time Risk-Free Rental Policy

First rental doesn't fit? You are protected by Pickle:)

Trying Pickle for the first time? Your first rental is covered by our Risk-Free Fit Guarantee. If your item doesn’t fit, we’ll give you a full refund in Pickle Credits, no matter what the owner’s normal fit-refund settings are.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Report the fit issue within 12 hours of receiving the item, and

  • Schedule a same-day return through the Pickle app

Once the item is returned, Pickle will issue the refund in credits directly — the owner does not lose earnings on your first rental.

This policy applies only to your first-ever rental on Pickle. All future fit refunds follow the owner’s chosen fit-refund settings.
