To be eligible, you must:
Report the fit issue within 12 hours of receiving the item, and
Schedule a same-day return through the Pickle app
Once the item is returned, Pickle will issue the refund in credits directly — the owner does not lose earnings on your first rental.
This policy applies only to your first-ever rental on Pickle. All future fit refunds follow the owner’s chosen fit-refund settings.
