How to Update Your Account Details on Pickle

You can update most of your profile, settings, and preferences right in the app. Here's a full guide to everything you can manage.

Editing Your Profile Information

From the My Closet page, tap Edit Profile to update:

  • Username

  • Name

  • Bio

  • Website or social links

  • Typical fit information

  • Birthday

  • Style preferences

  • Email address

This is also where you can delete your account if you ever decide to close it.

Managing Your Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner of the app to manage important account and closet preferences. Here you can update:

Closet Policies

  • Fit refund settings

  • Accepted delivery methods (Shipping, Courier, Hand-Off)

  • Whether or not you allow offers

Availability

  • Pause your closet when you’re unavailable

  • Set upcoming vacations or blackout dates

  • Manage when you can accept or complete rentals

Discounts

  • Create promotional codes and discounts for your closet

Addresses

  • Add or edit saved addresses

  • Choose or change your default address

Interests & Sizes

  • Update your shopping preferences to improve recommendations

  • Adjust your size profile for more accurate item suggestions

Privacy Settings

  • Control whether your closet is discoverable by other users

Bank Information

  • Add or update your payout details for receiving earnings

  • You can also update bank info from the Balance tab

Updating Your Payment Method

If your card is expiring or a payment fails, Stripe will automatically email you a secure link to update your payment method.

For security:

  • Make sure the link leads to a real Stripe-hosted page

  • If anything seems off, do not enter your information — reach out to Pickle Support for help confirming the message

Payment method updates happen through Stripe’s secure portal, not in the Pickle app.
